fun podcast for you here today because we are blessed because we have one of

the all-time fun people to talk about survivor here with us back and it's

always nice when some of our old friends come home please welcome the great

two-time survivor. Cas McQuillan is here. Chaos Cas how are you? Thanks for

having me Rob I was so surprised and excited when you guys reached out and we're

like we want to hear what you think about this other lady who is weird. Yes and

you please come talk. I'm so happy to get the chance to talk to you because

here we are I mean that it's really nice when you know after all this time we

can reconnect that in this coming spring this is going to be 10 years since

survivor Caggion and I remember because we just started up Patreon it was the

spring of 2014 so yeah this is going to be 10 years since it all started with

survivor with you. Wow yeah I mean it has been a decade since I played so that's

crazy and I didn't even know what a podcast was I remember I was like I don't

know what this is. Yeah it was the very early days of all of this and so it's so

nice that you are you know here and we get to catch up and I don't even

remember I feel like that maybe we were had talked a little bit like back in

2020 but not even like on a podcast and so really excited just to connect how

have you been Cas? I'm great you know I'm still here in Texas which has it's you

know that's not a great thing but you know family's good life is good you know

I'm a professor now full-time just dealing with being the mom of a teenager
