Well, you know, you've been on the show a few times and we've done some, you know know things together in person but you were here because

like a milestone in your own life which is which is the new book so congratulations sir

thank you yeah it's really exciting for it to finally be out in the world after kind of being in

hermit mode just toiling away on it on my well, it's funny, we caught up a bit

during the process of you writing a book.

So, I mean, it is your first book.

So tell us about the process.

Why did you write it and what was some things that you kind of learned about yourself and books going through the process because the first one at least from my experience is a wild ride?

It definitely was a wild ride and I appreciate it. I remember reaching out to you during that process and appreciating your encouragement to expect the wildness and all the the turmoil of the writing process. But yeah, for me, you know,
