So glad to be with you once again.

And I want to give you a big thank you

before we get started because yesterday, Monday, July 29th was a big day for me because it was

my 19th anniversary in podcasting and 12 years full time.

So I want to thank you for that opportunity allowing me to do this and I hope that we can

do this at least, let's say another 15 more years.

That sounds like a good round number to me. If we could finish with 34 years in, I'd be pretty happy.

And again, I thank you so much. And we don't, you know, people think, oh, you've been doing this so long, kind of like, oh,

your yesterday's news, you're all over and done.

But we're just getting started.

We're implementing so many technology improvements.

We just moved our websites to a better web host and have sped those up and we continue to have great

guests like the one we have tonight. I'm talking about Dr. Shay Stingas and we're so glad to have her on the program.

What a fascinating person. You probably know her from the TV show, History Channel's TV show, The Proof is out there.

She is a marine biologist who has appeared as a guest on multiple podcasts and as we said,

she is on The Proof is out there where she is the marine biology expert. She specializes in ocean ecology and the biology and behavior of marine mammals, she is also known for providing biological,

ecological, and evolutionary context in regard to pop culture topics that relate to sea monsters, ocean mysteries, and the like.
