So Matt, what do you do at Capital One?

Yeah, so I lead the reward strategy for Capital One.

Been around Capital One for about seven and a half years now, which is crazy to think about in a variety of different roles, but this has been the most fun.

I'm a rewards enthusiast outside my corporate day job, and so it's been exciting to work in this space.

So, you know, Capital One, I've had the card for years,

you know, the one big thing, the drawback is that you can't transfer points.

Now, you're a points nerd, and I have known you for a long time now and I've been saying

You guys have to get into transferable points game, but that's never been your strategy
