Lucy is a writer, video blogger and off-grid homesteader.

Hi, it's great to be here.

All right, okay. I'm quite looking forward to the answer to

traditional question one Lucy. Were you a weird kid?

Yeah, I really was, but is that not just a second child thing?

It could be.

On a show like this, people tend to fall into categories of I grew up with comics I was raised by a librarian

I grew up in the woods it's usually by the time you end up on a show like this it's something like I had a lot of

imaginary friends and I was basically covered in mud till I was 18 or something like that.

Well funnily enough, I was brought up by ministers, so you know, that probably makes me strange.

So full-time ministers and we moved kind of nomadically every three years for them to follow their calling.

So you can probably imagine that that would have led to a pretty interesting childhood.
