Rapha presents Talking Luft! Talking Luft is back for another week of cycling style, culture, rituals & bit of life off the bike. Following on from my Tour de France Femmes episode last week, I sat down with a teammate of theirs, British rider for EF Education Tibco SVB, Lizzy Banks. And this was one hilarious chat. As you’ll hear Lizzy was a laugh to chat to and had some fantastic stories to tell. We chat caps, bucket hats, aero hair styles, kit style, rice vs. pasta, race breakfasts, the best of curries, best & worst moments in a race, unplugging on the bike and, a first for the podcast – a war story that ends in victory! 0:29.5	I think maybe the infrastructure behind the men's peloton, the teams behind it, the sponsors,
0:35.1	okay, they can do more to support women's cycling.
0:54.7	But I mean, when I look at one of the men's racers, whether he be one of the best in the world or, you know, one of the worst in the world in terms of performance or results, I mean, you know, they're just like me. They just want to race their bike and eat their porridge and drink their coffee and have a good night's sleep, you know?
1:00.1	And that's, I mean, that's all that I expected of them to, you know, I would not want on the flip side somebody saying that I need to do all these things to elevate men's cycling, you know,
