he's gone through some health difficulties the last couple of years, and he's been very open

about it, which I think, and he spoke about saying,

you know, I'm going to share this because it might be helpful. And I think that it has been

because nobody escapes this planet without being impacted by some of the things Jeff has

dealt with. So I'm going to give it over to our great friend and let you kind of give an update

doing between the years. Yeah, that's the biggest battle at this point. But for anybody who doesn't

know or didn't know, I had thyroid cancer very recently. And it's something that we've monitored

since 2018. And I realized going back to that point, really, when I started

open up about it, it helped me to get it off my chest.
