Welcome back to this unpropitious episode of Talking Lamar. Today, I'm talking about my years of being on the CB radio and the interesting people that you meet. Let's get to it.

What are you talking about? What are you talking about? Sorry, I forgot what I was talking about. What are you talking about? I am talking to you. That's just what I was talking about. It's talking Lamar.

You know, I guess back when I was probably eight or nine, my brother Troy was really into CB

radios.

And he had one in his car and he had a base station at our house.

And so he taught me how to talk on it and all the lingo and all that kind of stuff.

And so he wound up, he joined the army and he was gone for a few years.

So I spent a lot of time on the CB radio.

And everybody has a handle on, you know, a name that you go by on the radio.

You don't use your real name.

And my handle was doodlebug.

And Troy's handle was triple R.

Now, neither one of these actually made any sense whatsoever.

But, you know, you can see how I came up with old time video years later for the video store.

Because naming things is really not my forte,

okay?

But I was really deep into the CB stuff.

I mean, we had, does anybody know what a QSL card is?

No.

No.

Okay.

We had QSL cards that we sent out.
