She is the angel medium and host of Angels and Awakening podcast. She's the author of the Amazon best selling angels and awakening a guide to raise your vibration and hear your angel.

Julie is also the founder of Angel Raky Energy Healing and is a world renowned angel expert on a mission to teach others how to connect with their angels and loved ones on the other side in order to make this life heaven on earth. So excited to have you on the show.

We're excited. Let's start and dive right in with some basics. How do you differentiate for our listeners, spirit guides and angels?

So I see that a lot of times our spirit guides are our ancestors who have lived lifetimes with us. It's very hard to wrap our heads around the fact that we've lived multiple different lives. But for infinite beings, we've probably had thousands, you know, it's hard to wrap your number around your mind around the number.

I see those spirit guides as being part of our family, our ancestry on our spirit team. When you have angelic beings on your spirit team, it feels much more high vibrational. You can see with your mind's eye, the shape of an angel, you can also tune into the vibrational frequency though of those beings in heaven.

And when you tune into that energy, angels have this very, very high vibrational oneness energy, just like God does, God universe source. And when you tune into let's say guides or loved ones on the other side, we all have different senses that we use to tap into this information.

But for me, what happens is loved ones and and our guide to have had lifetimes here on earth, almost I can smell an earthy smell like the soil or like if you ever stepped outside in the morning where there's due on the grass, to me, it feels much more like a grounded energy, whereas the angels are very, very high vibrational.

I love that different Jason, do you feel like you were born connecting with the angels or was it something you had to learn?

I was born with this. My family tells different stories about the different things that I would talk about when I was younger, remembering parts of the other side.

But I also grew up in the 80s where a lot of this was made out to be ghosty or scary. And that really scared me as a child. Like I didn't, I grew up going to Catholic school too. I didn't want to be associated with anything negative or low vibrational.

And so because I felt that fear about second, third grade, I started to completely tune it out or start to tune it out more. Does that make sense?

Yeah, it does. I think that's when a lot of kids start to push that down, which is why I want to get to your newest podcast in a little bit. But I think that's absolutely correct. We tend to listen to our parents, the sidalocks, our religious beliefs.

So when did you start to wake in it up again?

Well, I'll say this when I was little, even in elementary school, I wanted to keep the good parts. Like I could really sense and feel a lot of energy, very highly empathic.

So when we would like be driving as a family in the old school station, Reagan, where we kids were in the rear facing out the back.

And we would pass a car where someone was broken down. I would always ask my parents to stop. Like, why aren't we stopping to help all of the people and my parents explain, well, you can't stop to help everybody because we have to live our lives and we have to get where we're going.

So I prayed on it and I heard put your hands in a prayer format just together. And then direct your pointer fingers to the car and send them all the love, all the help, all the angels that they need.

So I would use different things like that. And I also noticed when I was younger and elementary that I would be right about a lot of stuff. Like I would know the next car that was going to be coming by and what color it was going to be or what maker model it was going to be.

And so I would have fun with myself within my own mind and start to play these games within myself. I also was always very much connected to God, universe, or like always talking, praying, having that relationship.

And it wasn't until my dad passed away when I was 33 years old that I started hearing from him before I knew that he was even gone because he was on a different marriage by then.

And it was a month before I found out in every single time I would brush my daughter's hair, I would hear this internal dialogue sounded like myself within.
