Hey guys, welcome back to According to. I'm Megan. And I'm Sierra. This week's episode, it's going to be about all things toxic in nature. I don't know how. I think Sierra's the one that came up with the concept for this episode and we did separate planning. So I'm excited to

0:21.8

see what you have planned because I also just planned my stuff out. But basically the premise of

0:27.7

this episode is that there are a lot of things that can be toxic in nature. So I kind of categorize

0:32.5

my things into different categories. So toxic relationships, including family relationships with yourself, things

0:39.5

like that. And then I also have categories for toxic positivity, toxic productivity, toxic masculinity,

0:48.4

and then also a little bit on toxic femininity, if I said that appropriately. Because after I searched

0:53.9

some stuff for like toxic masculinity, I was like, there has to be like

0:58.1

an opposite, right?

0:59.1

So I only found it fair to talk about both a little bit.

1:02.3

So that's what I have.

1:03.4

That's roughly, like I have mostly stuff related to the relationship side of things, which

1:08.0

I feel like is what people most commonly talk about when

1:11.2

they're referencing things that tend to be toxic. I also did include a section about, like,

1:16.6

toxic environments, such as like workplaces or like the school environment. Perfect. So maybe we can

1:23.2

kind of have a little bit of different things that we cover. Yeah. And I'm sure I can jump in when

1:27.4

you talk about stuff from my own experience and my own opinions and you can do the same.

1:32.1

Before we do that, we are going to share our weekly spotlights with you guys. So my weekly

1:37.1

spotlight was yesterday. We got to hang out with some friends again for the first time since

1:42.2

last semester. And it was was fun we were going to

1:45.3

go ice skating at the mall but then we got there and it was just like the line was ridiculously long

1:50.2

and none of us wanted to ice skate that bad so um we just ended up going back to um an apartment

1:56.4

and doing a puzzle for a little bit and then just hanging out otherwise we got dinner yeah into a new
