1:17.4	But let's start the show where I want to start the show, and that's with Paul Nepper to talk about the Knicks of the 1990s.
1:34.7	So why are we collectively obsessed with this 1990s team that didn't even win an NBA finals?
1:42.3	And then a follow-up, why are you so interested in this 1990s team that never won finals?
2:04.6	Okay, first part is I am, I would say a lot of our obsession with this team has to do with the fact that the Knicks have been so bad throughout the entire 21st century, until last season, really. You know, for the Knicks have the worst, the Knicks have the worst record in the NBA in the 21st century.
2:13.6	It's been, it's just been a dis dismal was a dismal 20 years.
2:17.8	It looks like things are finally trending in the right direction.
2:21.4	So I think that's a lot of it.
2:23.0	I think, you know, when there's nothing to celebrate in the present,
2:27.0	you tend to look towards the past.
2:29.1	The other thing is I think those teams were the way they competed really struck a chord with Nick fans.
