and we are live from our respective SWBC Mortgage Studios, remote yet again, showing off the social

distancing in a crazy time. But of course, thanks to the hard work of guys like Matt Kent and

Derek Eagleton, Chris Beam, Scott Purcell, we are able to bring you a little bit of talking

cowboys throughout the week. I'm Kyle Yelman's alongside

Heckma Harrison and Danny Sirek. We will have Rob Phillips joining us here in just a couple of moments,

but it's just the three musketeers at the moment holding down the fort for talking Cowboys,

but Rob will be here here in just a couple of moments. And guys, it's like I've said before, it's kind of the new norm being remote,

but it's getting to that point where you're either settling in or you're kind of driving

yourself nuts a little bit in quarantine.
