You know, there are days that come along where you really just need to let it go.

And you need to just settle down and just take a deep breath and look at some of the disappointment that has been in the rearview mirror and just move on.

Today is not one of those days. Today is a day to say it with your

chest and really look back at what happened in yesterday's 49, 38 loss for the Dallas Cowboys

against the Cleveland Browns. We're going to break it down for you here on talking Cowboys

because we're frustrated just like you guys are Cowboys Nation,

and we want to talk through it and we want to figure out exactly what it's going to take to fix this team

because they're one and three through the first quarter of the season, and there's a long way to go.

I'm Kyle Yeoman's alongside Isaiah Standback, Rob Phillips, and the great Heckma Harrison.

And, guys, it was disappointing. It was an embarrassment of a game, to say the least,

and there's no sugar-coning it right now. There really isn't. I mean, you can go through

and you can talk about the positive. CD Lamb had a good day. Dalton Schultz was solid again.

Amari Cooper was a number one receiver, and he looked like he was worth his money. Dak Prescott put up great numbers late in that game again.
