We sat with Chris Burbeck and Alexi Panayatopoulos to talk about a, what I described sort of as like a smart beta E. T. F. in the in the reach space which is

definitely something new on the scene. Right so I actually after talking to these guys

it kind of felt to me like this is almost like a low

valve factor in the Reed industry and so before we get into their fund we

wanted to look actually I think it's I think it's I think it's quality

quality quality low-ball multi-factor and I think it's quality. Quality, yeah, it could be kind of quality level,

a multi factor.

And I think you actually used the term beta in our talk

as a verb.
