His book, Predictably Irrational, is one of the first behavioral finance books I ever read that just kind of taps into the fact that we're all a little bit crazy.

It's just human nature and Dan has taken all of his studies that he's done at Duke University and not only turn these into books,

but turns them into insights in how companies can get better and Dan has a lot of insight into corporate culture and how to improve it,
