0:53.4	a lot of the ETF crowd, and, you know,
0:56.5	there's, there's ETF analysts and people that follow this stuff, kind of said, I don't get it.
1:01.0	Why would you ever do direct indexing when ETFs exist? They're already pretty tax-advantaged,
1:06.9	tax-efficient, low-cost, simple, liquid. Owning all the individual names doesn't make any sense.
1:13.0	And you and I have seen how this works in concert with wealth management
1:17.4	for a number of years now.
1:20.4	And sometimes when you see what this stuff can do,
1:23.5	you almost kind of go, this doesn't seem like it should be legal or fair.
1:29.1	That you can harvest so many losses. And now the thing that is happening is turning the dial all the way up and adding
1:34.0	an overlay of a long short portfolio, right? A 1.30, a 175, 75, whatever the number is, right? You can
1:41.4	crank up the dial and you're adding margin and leverage because using that leverage allows you to just lock in more opportunity for losses. And if you have a
1:49.5	huge gain in a client portfolio because they sold a business or they sold a piece of real
