And one of the untold stories that we have focused on a lot over the years is the stress and anxiety in our children over the past decade or so.

A lot of it brought on by social media, all kinds of stresses of life and pressure in particular,

I would say, on boys in many ways.

And so when I saw this book, which is new, and it is called Talk to

Your Boys, and the authors have a lot of experience in how to get your boys to open up and how to

really prevent them from internalizing the stresses of being boys and try to find ways to

help them deal with everything that's going on in society today.
