A few Simpsons related deaths have happened in the past month and the first one was a Reed

Harrison who was writers of the episodes the Springfield files and then much later

the episode Papa Don't Leach he was also a producer on Disenchantment, the Unmade Season 3 of the Critic, Duckman, the Mullet, Pinky in the Brain, and we interviewed him back in August of 2017 for the Patreon. I believe he was the first writer we interviewed after Bill Oakley
