Gathered here live in Austin, we have some of the greatest thinkers in secular humanism.

And we're going to do something a little interesting today.

I'm going to pick their brains and try and steal man the Bible for its accuracy and divinity.

Yeah, well, so actually there's this really great story in Mark Chapter 5. It's actually the origin of that famous quote,

My name is Legion for We Are Many, where Jesus drives this demon, or actually there's like a whole legion of demons, I guess, in like, all living in this one dude. Two men. What are you saying? It's two men. No, it's definitely one man. It says so in Luke 827 also. I have this fancy internet Bible thing I'm looking at it right now. Matthew 828. It's very clear on the fact that there were two

demon-possessed men. Okay, fine. Bad example, bad example. Maybe you've got something a little bit more

concrete for us, Mike. Yeah, of course, Matthew 27. So you guys know one of the most important

people in the story of Jesus is the man that betrayed him, Judas. Sure. And it's important to note

that his guilt in Matthew chapter 27, he throws his silver into the temple and hangs himself.

Yeah, but no, he actually fell and was disemboweled.

He spent that silver on a field and then he fell and all of his guts spilled out.

It says so very clearly in Acts 118.

Okay, fine, another bad example, but we can be

very clear that the Bible has strong thoughts and messages on certain topics like incest. In both

Leviticus 2017 and Deuteronomy 2722, it's very clear that it is wicked to sleep with your

sister. Yeah, except that it's fine in Genesis 19, 33, and 34,

where lots daughters get him drunk and then lay with him.

Hold on, but God bless the progeny of incest.
