Anyway, today's story begins in an internet chat room found on Pogo.com. Before I started looking into this case, I had never heard of Pogo.com, but I'm happy to report that this is still around today.

And well, it's an online gaming website where you register and you can play all kinds of games. I'm looking at it right now and they have Monopoly Sudoku.

They have something called Quinn's Aquarium, which looks like a version of Majang and they have Scrabble and that's just to name a few.

So it's May 2005 and on Pogo, there's an 18-year-old whose screen name is Marine Sniper. While he was playing Blackjack, he simultaneously in different chat rooms and a message pops up. It's from user Tauhop Blonde.

Marine Sniper says hi and they strike up a conversation. Tauhop Blonde asked Marine Sniper if he knew that they were chatting in a team chat room. And Marine Sniper is like, yeah, well that's cool considering I'm only 18 years old.
