At the end of last week, I had the opportunity to sit down,

remotely, with John Palisano, the president of the Horror Writers Association.

We talked about the Stokers, about the association itself, and about horror in general. It was a great conversation, and I'd like to share

You guys must have a lot on the go trying to get everything figured out with the things being so crazy in the world right now

and trying to figure out what's happening with a pretty major event.

Yeah, we are definitely trying to deal with writing a very big ship with many moving parts.

And it's not just the convention, it's all the different aspects of the convention.

It's, you know, if you know anything about StokerCon, it's like five conventions running at the same time with, you know, different figureheads running

each section. So coordinating all that and doing it intercontinately is, man, you know, it's a lot.
