First, a village plays host to a visitor with an insatiable appetite.

Then, an English iron and coal magnate finds his work is transforming more than just his career.

Our first story for the evening comes from David McKim.

David McKim is a speculative short fiction writer whose stories have appeared in magazines

and anthologies, such as Flash Fiction Online, the Cafe Irreal, the best of British

fantasy, the best of British science fiction, and elsewhere.

He was born and grew up in Wales, but now lives in Taiwan.
