that first come to mind involve cramming one's face full of stuffing in Turkey, but there

are plenty of less conventional traditions, too. Bigoted relatives, festering family feuds,

All fun traditions that the holiday just wouldn't be the same without. Am I right?

Okay, I might not be American myself. In Canada, we celebrated Thanksgiving well over a month ago,

but I've heard plenty about how it

goes down in the States. Here in Canada, Thanksgiving tends to come and go without a whole

lot of fanfare. In the States, it seems like it has a bit more presents. Parades and other

festivities, sure, but what blew me away is just how much

Thanksgiving-inspired horror there is out there, both in terms of tales told around the realities

of the first Thanksgiving at Plymouth, that, I might add, or a far cry from the carefully

tailored images we become accustomed to seeing,

and, in terms of the more modern tales of terror, set during this occasion.
