This is Tales to Terrify. Good evening, children of the night, and welcome.

The moment I've been warning you about for weeks is now finally upon us.

Our flash fiction contest is officially live.

Time to unleash that inner creative demon and channel its nefarious powers to create a bite-sized terror.

Our topic this time around is the changing of seasons.

How you interpret that, of course, is entirely up to you.

Maybe it's the literal shifting of seasons caused by our orbit around the sun.

Maybe it's the changing seasons of existence as we navigate the rise and decay of life into death. Or maybe it's something much darker and stranger. However you choose to weave your

spell, we want to hear it. The contest is open to new works, up to 1,500 words, and you have until

April 1st to submit. Up for grabs, a $50 prize for the winner, publication on a special

episode of our show, and, of course, ragging rights you can hold over all your friends and enemies.

We'll also select up to four runners-up to be featured on the episode of the show, too.
