Recently, I re-watched the Shawshank Redemption, which I think I've seen a hundred times,

as when I was a teenager I think that TBS defaulted to that movie if they didn't have any other

programming. It's a very enjoyable film.

I've sang the praises of the movie version of The Mist. Conversely, the TV show of the same name has the distinction of being

one of the few TV shows that I quit watching less than half of the way through the first episode.

Last year's movie, The Dark Tower, featuring Edress El Elba, doing a great job as Roland Deschain,
