I've been busy, so I haven't got as much reading time available as I'd like. I found it a satisfying read, although it did have a real league of extraordinary gentlemen of the

vampires sort of feel. What might have been the most noteworthy is that the biggest

chunks of time I had reading it was while donating blood. I've got the rare type, so giving

platelets and plasma can be an hour and a half form. The story does include vampires, which

but despite the murders, disembalments, and an endless spilling of blood doesn't have much in the way
