Step on in, out of the cool air, into the cabin. These woods have been changing from quite chill

evenings to nearly summer temperatures already, but that's the weather for you. Find something to drink,

cool or warm, your choice, And a bit of food to eat.

We'll have a bit of a lengthy one this evening.

Just before we dive in tonight's fiction, a bit of horror news that I wanted to share.

Craig Davidson, a Canadian author, has taken the inaugural James Herbert Award for horror writing

just a few weeks ago for his novel, The Troop.

I have to admit, the troop completely skated under my radar, and I haven't read it.

However, it did beat out M.R. Carey's The Girl with All the Gifts, which I have read, and I enjoyed

immensely. I've already asked my local librarian to alert me as to when I can acquire this

book. As you may have noticed, I'm quite keen on patronizing

the library system. After all, why not? My tax dollars are already paying for this service, but

anyway, congratulations Mr. Davidson. We have just one story for you this evening, and it's right

about 45-minute mark, so let's get to it. Our story for the

evening will be Justin Cothorn's graves. The first grave appeared four days ago. Hardly anyone

noticed it. I can't say I thought that much about it either.Come to think of it, at first I thought it was quite funny,
