I grew up surrounded by them.

Four chaotic boxers, a lab and a Jack Russell, thankfully not all at once.

Each was a wonderful companion, always bursting with love.

And Otto, my standard schnauzer, continues the tradition.

He's a super playmate, stubborn at times, yes, but full of affection and character.

Tonight we're heading to Paris, joining some wonderful canine companions in the city of light.

We'll follow Penny, a seasoned house sitter, as she steps into another life.

This time that of Emily, a stylish Parisian who shares her tiny apartment

with a full-sized, meticulously groomed poodle named Lulu.

As Penny eases into lazy mornings with cuisons on terraces and strolls through cobbled streets

with Lulu at her side, she begins to wonder, will she ever want to leave Paris?
