But even by that stereotype, the events of this week have been extraordinary.

So FDX CEO Sam Bakeman, Fred took to Twitter this morning to clear something up.

He said that a competitor is trying to attack the company with rumors.

He then says in the same tweet, FDX is fine, assets are fine.

Over the weekend.

A run on FDX, one of the world's largest cryptocurrency exchanges.

By investors wanting their money out has brought it to its knees.

Briefly, it looked like its main rival was going to come to the rescue.

But then it backed away.
