If there's one thing I hate, it's when a story ends on a cliffhanger.

Damn it, I don't want to wait to find out how the story ends.

I just, I need to know right here and now.

The last time I was out of the farm, Henry had rambled off on one of his tangents and

mentioned the gruesome death of one Willy Van Klein, a longtime neighbor who ran an

apple orchard down the road.

I heard him mention someone named Willy Van Klein a time or two in the past, but I didn't

know who he was.

I wasn't even aware that there had been an apple orchard in the area.

According to Henry, Willy's operation had suffered some kind of catastrophic failure in the

early 70s, and Willy himself committed suicide and grew some fashion.

He cut his own throat with straight razor.

According to Henry, Willy Van Klein's unfortunate fate came with a disturbing backstory.

He told me to remind him about it the next time I paid him a visit.
