And then secondly, actually, before I get into the private equity thing,

I think part of the issue with the college football stuff and everything going on is just like we just,

at some point, they've got to get the schedule

under control to where now we have coaches who are in the middle of a playoff hunt and they're

trying to figure out and we have ADs trying to figure out what their coach and how are we going

to hire our coach and we got the transfer portal stuff going on. All that's just a mess.

Obviously, that's another topic for another day.

But the private equity stuff, I wanted to attack this from another level.

The issue with bringing private equity in, not only are they going to do everything that you said, Mike,

they're going to sit there and they're going to control the money and they're going to come back for it later on. But they're

also going to start looking at each of the entities that they're buying into and they're going

to start controlling the athletic departments of, well, do we really need for analysts to be

looking at the different sports and different things.
