All right, Tigers kick the living hell out of the Astros.

Really nice sweep.

And I think it kind of puts a cap on, I don't know, eliminating any concerns for now.

And just, look, losing 12 out of 13 feels a lifetime ago.

They've done their job.

They've responded.

They've reset.

And hell of a nice job.

You take a series over a good team, 10, 15 games over 500 in August or September.

Yeah, man, that's rock solid.

But do you believe they're a World Series team?

I never have, and I'm not being obtuse.

I just, the things I need to see haven't materially changed. They're really good, and they're definitely going to win the division. And I'm not sitting here telling you they're going to be a pinata in the playoffs, but that's just, I would love to know where you guys are at with it. So we'll get to the people, we'll get some ticket texts, and then we'll touch the table on some football. Let's go to Dave,-1. Dave, how you doing, buddy? Good, buddy. How are you doing? Excellent, David. What's on your mind? That's cool. Yeah, you know, I would say they'd be a World Series contender if they can consistently score runs. You're not, you know, okay, this weekend or this three game series is cool because they did score run. But you can't go into playoffs and, you know, score one or two runs and expect to win the series. It's just ain't going to happen. You've got to be consistent, and that's all I've got to say about that. You know what I mean? Yeah. I mean, again, you're highlighting the concerns with the lineup,

and I think it's a concern a lot of people have. You don't have a lot of guys with pedigree. You don't have a lot of guys that have won anything. And you don't have a lot of guys that would be regulars on the, you know, the heavy hitting teams. You don't. But the way you play in the matchups and the data behind it allows you to outplay who you really are.

But the inconsistencies, I'm with you.

I just don't think that's going to change.

Can they get hot at the right time, eliminate it for three weeks, and make the World Series?

Sure. I've seen plenty of crazy stuff. So I'm not ruling anything out, but when I ask you, it's like, hey,

what do you want to do here? And again, this is part for the course. I think a lot of people, I was talking

with Evan about it, Rico, you know, even social engagement stuff, the Tigers don't move the needle. I don't know that a lot of people pay attention. Baseball's so damn long. That's not the Tigers' fault. They're putting a good product out there. But on a day and down basis, no, there are a lot of people going, all right, wake me up for the playoffs. And I was about to say, Mike, it may be the fact that Tigers fans, a lot, you know, a lot would like Lions fans have experienced the playoffs.

And they know what the regular season means, but they know the playoff means so much more.

So I'm not going to sweat this regular season stuff.
