You do and I thought it was just a really smart way of saying it. And I think

it's okay to have doubts about the core and still come to the conclusion you don't want to trade

scuba I'm okay with that this is not a hill I'll die on unlike others I'm just

open to the conversation because when my team is 11 games out of first and

three and a half out of the wild card and under 500.

And if I take Scuba out of the equation, there are 10 games under 500, 11 games under 500.

That kind of gives you a better lens to look at what your

team really is. That when I'm throwing, think about this, if I'm throwing Prime Verlander

every five days, what I do on those days of course I'm winning. I got the

best pitcher in baseball. But if the other four out of five days I am nothing more than a ten games under five hundred baseball team.

I think it's okay to have a conversation and luckily we don't have to do anything

today it's June 14th. They'll play their way in or play their way out but by

John Paul Marozzi standards yeah I I do have doubts and I would I'd be in the trade

school camp and guess what if I didn't get an offer that knocked my pants off, I'm not dealing them.

I think that's what people fail to realize. We're not saying trade them at all costs, but man,

you dangle him in front of the right teams and I think you can get a lot more back that can help jump start the Yankees Orioles.
