I think one of the main things that people forget is that in these things, typically,

the truth always lies somewhere in the middle.

They were always going to play football next year.

But this would be an outlier because, at least in the professional rankings,

you could be a pretty heinous person outside the lines on your own time.

You can get away with a lot of stuff, murder, spousal abuse. But if you do anything to the integrity of the game, they hit you hard and they come after you. And that's

what's kind of weird where it's the exact opposite if this is the case with the NCAA.
