Yeah, it's not really about damage and I don't have a problem with the existence of the

scooters. It's just, you know, I think a lot of people forget is that sidewalks are public services, no different than fire or water.

And the way that they've gone pretty much unregulated since the city licensed the businesses back in 2018,

has really kind of left to create the situation

where you know as you guys mentioned earlier a lot of the sidewalks are blocked a lot of

the access ramps are blocked and you know you look around you think, how does a person in a wheelchair or a walker
