Our first question is, quote, I have a question about the house tour.

When visiting another couple's home for the first time, the host will ask if we want

to take the tour, that is to say, see the rest of the house. The reverse also often happens as well.

When a visitor comes to our house, they'll ask, how about a tour? What if you don't want to see

My husband does not care to see the rooms in other people's homes, so it will be left to chit-chat while I have to make sounds of praise for what I'm being shown. So do you think the question is, do I have to take the house tour? Yeah, I think that's the question. And I think the answer is yes. Oh, interesting. Okay. If I said to you, hey, do you want to take the house tour? And you said no.

I feel like that would be a really awkward moment. Yeah, no, no, I see your point. So, broadly speaking, though, there is no obligation to give a tour of your house.
