Are you taking your electrolytes but still have cramping?

Well, that's what we're going to talk about.

Normally, when you consume enough potassium, definitely magnesium and sea salt,

you normally will not have cramps.

And also, if you have night cramps, you may be low in vitamin D.

Vitamin E prevents weakness of the muscle, which is different in a cramp.

And if you have restless legs, especially in your quadricep right here,

that is a vitamin B1 deficiency.

But if you're taking these electrolytes and you still have cramps,

then chances are you have what's called alkylosis.

Your pH is a bit too alkaline.

Now, normally, your blood should be alkaline.

It's a very, very narrow range.

But if your pH is slightly too far to one side, let's say it's excessively alkaline,

then you can experience cramping or tremors or twitching.

There's a lot of different symptoms, but cramping would be one of them

because it's very important to have the right pH to mobilize these electrolytes
