Let's tell the public, like, what was the formula that you're now trying to encourage other

prosecutors and just even the average citizen to understand about dealing with this guy

in court?

So the kicker here is it's a combination of courage, along with the legal merits that you have to build up through really dogged investigation and being very creative because Trump is going to stonewall. You have to get documents from third parties. But that courageous leadership piece

of it is really critical, where it doesn't matter if you've got a whole bunch of evidence,

if the lead prosecutor in an office doesn't actually want to go forward, then the case is not

going to go anywhere. And that almost was the case in our case, three, four, five, six different times.

And then we've seen it also with DOJ, not initially green lighting, going after Trump and

his inner circle for January 6th for over a year, according to reporting from the Washington Post.

Or Alvin Bragg, the Manhattan DA, not putting the

cabosh on the investigations that that office had going, and they were sidelined for a year,
