It's just, it's sending your kids back to school in addition to all that. And, you know,

it's just a weird time. And we have found for ourselves in particular, we have needed to do

some extra self-care lately in order to show up well for those that we love

and those that we do, those that we get to serve. And so we just wanted to jump on and talk about that

today because I feel like it's just a conversation we all need. If we truly want to be famous at home,

we've got to take care of ourselves. We love because he first loved us. So that first part

flows out of our relationship with God.

But then out of that, what does that look like for each of us so that we can show up well in our relationships with our spouses and then also with our kids? Absolutely. I think the more just

friends, people that we talk to, I think we're all just feeling the heaviness right now.
