I think should be about taking action. Why is it so many people don't want to take action?

Glenn, tell me. Fearful of the unknown, how they're perceived, not ready to accept the

consequences. Let's talk about those. Not ready to accept the consequences or unwilling.

Both. Which ones hire out of the two? Not prepared. I would agree. I think they're afraid

of a change because they're afraid they might lose what they currently have and what's

ironic is everybody wants more, but they're not willing to give up what they have.

But have they experienced the worst case? I mean, what's the worst thing that can happen

by taking action? Well, the worst thing is nothing. And that's what's already happening.

Exactly. That's what I don't understand why people are afraid to take a risk.

Well, it's much like the person that tries, tries, tries and doesn't even know that they're

99% to the finish line and then they give up. I mean, everything's hard. Let's face it.

Nothing's easy. Even when it looks easy, it probably would require 10, 15 years of preparedness,

readiness. Let's talk about that for a minute because I get a lot of youngsters asking me

what they should do. Should they quit their job? Should they run out there? Should they?

Like, what should they do? Well, first thing is, well, hold on. Because most of them say,

well, what should I do? I got a job I don't like. I hate my boss. You know, I want to be

an entrepreneur. I want to make a million dollars and they don't understand that there's

probably not going to be a million dollars in their near future. I mean, it takes time
