Hi, I'm Dave. I started walking for fitness in 2013. I still take an intentional fitness walk every single day.

It is, as I'm looking at the clock, I'm standing in my home office here in my house in Myrtle Beach.

It is 4.41 a.m. And I'm using my indoor voice because

on the other side of the house is my wife Ava. She's asleep and I don't want to wake her up.

Today's episode is inspired by a post that I saw from a woman named Sherry. This was on the

Start Today Facebook group. Sherry posted that she had 10,000 steps and she got all 10,000 before

So today, I want to do an episode about the advantages of super early morning walks, super early morning fitness.

And I'm going to leave the house now.

So let's begin our walk.

And I'm going to use the indoor voice for just a little bit longer because as I'm leaving the neighborhood,

it's a quiet neighborhood, as you can probably hear, and we're not

used to people walking through the neighborhood at 4.40 in the morning talking to themselves.

So I really don't want to startle anyone. I'll be leaving the neighborhood and soon I'll be walking along the main road or a main road.

So we may have some traffic as we walk and talk today.
