Richard Morris is here. Hi guys. I am. Good day. Hello hello this is a sort of a moment right here in history and we felt we should get together

To sort of explain where we've been or where we haven't been and why and also to announce a bit of a longer break which is the title of the show.

So I'm sure everybody's wondering, hey, where are the two kido dudes?

How come I haven't heard any shows come out of there in a long time?

So I'm going to start by explaining why, and because I'm the guy that does the publishing and

the editing and stuff, why this has gone on.

So it's a little bit embarrassing but my income took a kind of a big dive

in 2019 because of market forces in the software world and Richard knows what I'm talking about. Oh yeah.

Yeah these these changes also caused major sponsors of my other podcast dot net rocks to drop

off which was really my bread and butter.

And so subsequently I took more programming jobs,

but they weren't generating enough revenue to pay the bills.

So just about a month ago, I was hired by one of these companies actually the company that Richard Morris used to be the

CEO of Dev Express to go out on a worldwide tour giving lectures about this new technology they're embracing that I jumped on.

I jumped on it last year, it's called Blazer, BLA ZOR.

I jumped on it last year learning all I could about it and I even started doing my

online workshops and they've been wildly successful.

Well, Dev Express reached out to me asking if I'd do this road trip because they have tools

for programmers that use this technology and it's new.

You know, not a lot of people know about it.

So they offered me enough to make it worth my time as sort of a full time thing next year so I said yes so this
