Hey y'all, this is Heather.

And we are back on another episode of This is Life.

Yes. And I don't know if you like hopped in with us last week, but it was good.

We talked about a lot of different things and we kind of ended up that conversation talking about like our

upbringings and how we how it kind of

configures into our personality how it's kind of shaped us and yeah that's real so

kind of giving you a backstory so like you want to kind of give an idea of what you

were talking about how you grew up and yeah so I grew up in a family

Mind you I had a lot of trauma before I got to my family I was adopted at the age of six months

But I was put into the most amazing family, right? But we have 24

sisters and brothers. And I grew up in a family of 16 all in one house. And so my mom was very positive. I don't remember her yelling much. I don't

remember getting spanked growing up. I remember writing when I did something wrong or

sitting on the stairs holding my sister's hand when I got into argument with her.

But it was just a very positive environment and we sat down for dinner and we asked each other what was the best and

worst part of your day.

There was no phones and no television.

My mom was really intentional.

I don't know how she did it on making sure that we loved each other and that we spoke nicely to each other.
