We are on vacation here at Obscure.

So no new episode in your feed but I wanted to pop in to make sure that you know that you are not forgotten.

Even while the entire entire obscure team, the hundreds of people who labor day in and day out to make

this podcast possible, even while we are basking in the sunshine on our private

island even as we we ask in the sunshine of your love, we are thinking of you. And look, we all

need a break from time to time, especially when things are as dark as they have

gotten on obscure, right?

I mean, things are just so bad. why not take a little summer vacay you know get some of that

McDonald's ice cream cone get some of that 7-Eleven slurpy get some rum, which they have here in the sea that begins with

cah and ends with ribion, get some of that rum, you know, and just go yo-ho-hoin, just enjoy yourself.

Because you know Sue and Jude aren't, so you might as well kick back on a hammock,

throw on some suntan lotion, smell the cool island breezes.

Get yourself some conch, maybe some conch soup, maybe a conch po' boy, listen to this steel drum, enjoy the waves

lapping at your feet.

This is almost becoming a meditation you guys.

Close your eyes.

Feel the tips of your toes in the warm Bahamian sand.

Feel each individual granule between your toes.

Feel the warmth spread up your feet into your ankle.
