a short, sweet and the perfect thing to enjoy in the morning just like your coffee. Guys,

it's been 52 weeks, which means it's been an entire year of producing and hosting my own podcast.

And honestly, I couldn't be more proud just to give you some background on what it was like for

me to get into podcasting. I was extremely nervous to do this by myself. I had always thought about

putting out my own, but I also talked to my friend Vera about potentially doing a podcast with her.

So it really felt like in the beginning it was this huge project and doing two at the same time,

it would have been so much. So I had to make a decision and something inside me knew that I had

to start one by myself. And I love creating with my friend Vera so much, but I really needed to

create an extension of myself that was created by just me. Like, yes, I have an Instagram platform

to speak my mind, but I wanted something more to be proud of. And I just needed my own creative

control, freedom and basically scheduling on my own time. So the first now and I had to climb to

even start this podcast was telling my friend that I loved the idea of doing one with her, but

I needed to do my own. As a people pleaser, it's kind of hard to tell somebody that you really

care about that you don't want to do something with them because you don't want to hurt their

feelings. So as always, I talked to my life coach and she coached to me through what to do.

She validated my reasons for why I wanted to do this venture by myself and gave me the confidence

I needed to tell my best friend Vera. And thankfully, Vera handled it well and understood that I

need to do this project by myself. So it was like taking a breath of fresh air because I was like,

oh my gosh, so nervous about that. And then finally, when I was like, okay, I'm going to do this

podcast by myself. I sat there and I conceptualized what I wanted this baby to be about. I put a

lot of time into thinking about what my motivation was behind creating this podcast. And I knew I
