Look, let's face it, these days it's all about coronavirus because that's all we can really

talk about, all we hear about, and there's obviously been a major impact on Royal Caribbean.

In fact, my upcoming cruise on Royal Caribbean has already been canceled as part of a 30-day

suspension.

So I wanted to talk about what is all about what we can expect.

And if you have a cruise coming up soon, what you should be doing or not doing as it relates to planning for that cruise.

Here we go.

It seems like the news today is all about the coronavirus, COVID-19, whatever we want to call it, and it's, look, it's the big news.

It is the news of 2020.

And looking at it as it relates to cruises, I couldn't help but focus on this week's episode because I was actually planning on this week having an episode all about my upcoming Royal Caribbean cruise.

In fact, I already had it recorded. It was great. I had everything all set to go. And then,

of course, the coronavirus really spread dramatically. And the short answer is my cruise on Harmony

of the Seas that was supposed to go out on this past Sunday on March 15th was canceled as part

of Royal Caribbean's 30-day suspension of cancellations of cruising across the world,

right? And I wanted to take this opportunity to share with all of you some takeaway, some tidbits

for anybody who's going through this, because I think there's a lot of people listening to this podcast

who are probably following into one of three categories. Somebody who had their cruise canceled

already, just like myself, somebody who has a cruise coming up, I would say, in the next 90 days, and somebody who has a cruise coming up beyond that.

And what to expect, what to do.

Because, let's face it, this is going to be something we're going to be dealing with for at least a little while longer.
