I might pick with for the week is something that I try to teach and try to walk the

walk with and it's vacation every day and you know it's one thing to vacation every day

when you're on vacation and inverting the time that you spend an activity you get paid

for and that's why I'm here today.

I mean I think it's just as important when we are on vacation to have a minimum amount

of time every day to spend in the activity that we get paid for and it's just a reminder

of taking those vacations every day and it's a minimum of amount of time that you should

schedule as a junior calendar it could be mirroring something that you do while you're on

vacation you know whether it's you know taking a siesta or walking down and taking a walk

with your favorite people or a bike ride or a car ride or doing something in your town

that people do when they come to your town to go on vacation but tend to zip your families

in town every single day might take away for the week is to vacation every day and while

you're on vacation make sure you have activity that you get paid for every day as well I think

that consistent differentiator between activity you get paid for and activity you don't get paid

for loses its value if you're not doing it every day and it's amazing how your day changes when
