I take leadership, I take my calling very seriously and I don't have time to really tell that story but one of my most firm convictions is that you are prepared.

I'm not into hyping you up. I'm not into hyping you up.

I think the truth will inspire you, encourage you, but I think it also will convict you and compel you. And I had, I've been on this word, I've had this word in my heart, and with that word a burden.

And then I realize after yesterday, yesterday shook me in a deep way.

I realize that the frequency of what I wanted to share with you was slower than the
