Mike Tyson's famous for saying, everybody's got a plan until they get punched in the face.

And boy, if that isn't a euphemism for entrepreneurship, you know, we write a business plan.

We think everything's going to work according to that plan. And six months we write a business plan. We think everything's going to work

according to that plan. And six months in, a year and two years in, there's government regulations

that change. There's FCC regulations that change. The ability to scale isn't so easy at some

point. And that plan just goes right out the window and we end up fighting for

our career. We end up fighting for our business. But here's the thing. While it's good to have a plan,

it's rare that the plan works out to every detail. How many times have we seen a Hollywood movie where

these guys plan on doing a heist or a bank robbery. And they go in there and they

have everything planned to a T. But then there's that one teller that happened to hit the buzzer

under their desk. And now the cops are coming. And the whole plan is spoiled. That's kind of like

how it is in business. And hopefully your business isn't heist and robbing banks. But we have these plans and then we get punched in the face.
