but also former Pittsburgh Steeler played a few more years in Pittsburgh former safety Ryan Mundy. How

you doing Ryan? I'm feeling good. How are you feeling today, man? Feeling great, maybe.

I know you won more games when you were a Steeler than you were. It was a bear.

That is a fact. A lot. A whole lot there. But I was there much longer. I was there for five years. And we got off to a really hot start because my rookie year, we won a Super Bowl. So that was, that's really, really hard to beat. Really hard to beat. That is. That's to be nice. Yeah. I mean, a long career, right? And, you know, you mentioned winning the Super Bowl. I mean, I guess let's just start there then. I mean, you're with your rookie year, right? And Steelers go on to win it and Antoine Randallel, right? Throwing a game winning touchdown, you know, right? That's now he's on the Bears, you know.

And so you've, you've had some memories with some guys that have made some plays. What was, what was that like for you to kind of reach that pinnacle? As soon as you get in the NFL, that's not, that doesn't normally happen to most players. It's true. No, it doesn't. But actually, that Super Bowl, the one in Detroit,

I was still in college during that game.

Oh, that's right.

That's right.

The Super Bowl, the one in Detroit, I was still in

college during that. Oh, that's right. That's right. The Super Bowl that I won was with the,

um, we played against the Cardinals in the Tampa 09 Super Bowl. And, and that was honestly,

that, that was honestly to me, I always put that up there as one of the greatest Super Bowls

ever played.

Like when you talk about a back and forth affair, that was an unbelievable game.

Braggs, are you talking about the 08 or are you talking about the 09 one?
